What's in it? 

Snail. Lots and lots of snail. At an astounding 80% snail mucin, that is the main event here. It also has some other beneficial ingredients, but that's just the cherry on top. If you're not into hardcore snail, look elsewhere. 

What does it look like?

Comes in a plastic jar with an inner lid that fits a spatula in a designated clipper. The jar came completely sealed in plastic wrap, tucked in a box. All very cute and tidy, except the inner lid is super hard to open. Had to use a nail file, and definitely risked a nail or two in the process. They could have at least added a handle for one to grip on.

How does it feel?

Nothing like I thought it would. I'm new to snail, and the reviews kept me away so far. I finally decided to try it out, and I'm glad I did.

It's a white, very soft cream-gel texture that is a bit hard to describe. It's not sticky, very soft, and you can easily avoid it stringing all over the place if you choose to (although it will willingly string if you try). I was expecting stickiness but there is none. 

The smell is very faint, and I actually only felt it when I first opened the jar, and the next time it was almost gone. 

How do I use it?

I've been using it as a neck cream for about a month, AM and PM. It's too rich to use on my combination face, but it's perfect for the neck. You only need a tiny bit, it spreads well and absorbs instantly. My skin is left nourished and not sticky, and it seems like it's appearance has improved a bit as well.

In short:

I love it and intend to keep using it. Hope it keeps my neck from revealing my age too soon.
