It was the only eyeliner that would stay on throughout the day and not give me such a severe "panda" eye. But they discontinued it!!! My coworker suggested this eyeliner and at first I was disappointed because it was hard to use. i wasn't used to using this type of applicator but when i got used to it, i really liked it. It doesn't smudge once it dries and it gives me even less of a "panda eye" than the Urban decay for half the price!
